I've decided to make some changes in my personal and professional lives, and am heading off to Las Vegas this fall to become a Bikram Yoga Instructor. It's nine weeks of yoga and more yoga. And a little more yoga. Bikram's Torture Chamber, they call it. Definitely NOT your grandmother's YOGA. I'll be putting the music on hold until the first of the year, and (assuming I pass the course) mixing teaching in with the music after that.
